Ms.GSI 0.2.0.9001

• Added Gelman-Rubin shrink factor (GR) in stratified estimator function. GR is calculated using combined strata and new grouping.
• SSTC traces have new columns indicating assignment counts (ac) and posterior predictive remaining counts (pprc). See vignettes for details.
• Backward compatibility: able to summarized trace output made by pre-v 0.1.0, which did not have stock specific total catch output.

• In the previous version, accounting of stock-specific total catch for tier 2 of the model was incorrect, which caused discrepancy in stock proportions calculated using stratified_estimator_msgsi(). The errors have been corrected.
• Removed msgsi_harv_summ() function. The same summary can be done using stratified_estimator_msgsi().

• Calculation of p0 = 0.5 / total harvest. Changed from stock-specific harvest.
